FAQ

Can we bring our pet?

Yes!! I consider pets to be part of the family. We can definitely include your fur baby in your photo session.

Can I upgrade my session on the day of?

Of course! Upgrade payments are required at the beginning of your photo session.

Do I have to order prints through you?

No, but it is highly recommended.

Ordering prints through me is not a requirement; however, please be aware that the print quality from different printing labs will vary. A print release will be given for all purchased images.

What if my kids or pets are not cooperating?

Life happens!! I understand sometimes our kiddos or pets aren't feeling well, are having a bad day or are simply not into being photographed. I assure you that I will try my very best to get some genuine smiles and make the session fun for them. If, in the end, you really don't feel we were able to capture their personalities in the way of which you were hoping, we can discuss and work something out.

What if there is inclement weather on the scheduled day of your photo session?

We live in Erie, and we all know how quickly the weather changes. If the weather is not permitting, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund of your retainer fee.
